These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase of wine products offered by MyVino.gr by Grape Company A.E. ("My Vino", "we", "us", "our") through our website, as well as your participation in any promotional campaigns and related prize draws. By making a purchase on our website, you automatically become eligible to participate in the corresponding Campaign Draw, subject to the specific rules set out below.

These Terms are effective as of 1st August, 2025. We may amend these Terms at any point in time without notice and the amendments will take effect once they have been displayed on the Platform. You acknowledge and agree that it is Your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to familiarize Yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of the Platform and/or entry into Campaign Draws following any amendments shall be construed as acceptance of those amendments.

In addition to your agreement with the Terms, the following provisions apply with respect to you participating in our contest draw(s) and winning the prize(s):

1. Entering a Draw

• In order to enter a Draw on the Platform, you will need to purchase a product available on the Platform. Once you have purchased a product, you will receive a Ticket to enter a Draw. Depending on the outcome of the Draw, you may win Prizes. A valid permit number of Tickets will be issued for each respective Draw.
• This draw is conducted in accordance with applicable Greek laws and regulations governing promotional activities and competitions, including but not limited to Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679 – GDPR), and all necessary approvals from the competent Greek Authorities including the Hellenic Gaming Commission and relevant provisions regarding promotional offers.

2. Eligibility

Only users with a valid Membership to the Platform who satisfy all the Terms and have accepted the User Agreement are eligible to enter our Draws.

3. Ticket Allocation & Draw Process

Eligible participants will be automatically entered into the draw upon purchase of eligible products, with the following ticket allocation:

• 1 bottle = 10 tickets
• 2 bottles = 25 tickets
• 3 bottles = 40 tickets

The draw will be conducted digitally by a certified third-party company during a special launch event held at our premises. The first 1,000 tickets issued will automatically be entered into a special draw exclusively for this event. A select number of 70 winners will be invited to attend this special event.

4. Online Purchases

All purchases will be made exclusively through the online platform. This policy ensures the highest level of security, transparency, and precise tracking of all transactions, allowing fair participation in the draw(s).

Ticket numbers are generated automatically by our system and may not be sequential. They cannot be selected by users and are assigned only upon checkout and completion of the purchase.

5. Ticket Ownership

Tickets awarded through your use of our Website are neither refundable nor transferable and are owned solely and exclusively by you.

6. Draw Duration & Results

The length of each Draw varies, and the date when Prizes are awarded can occur on any day of the week. The results of any Draw are final and not subject to negotiation, interference, challenge, or argument by any user.

7. Draw Deadlines

The deadline to enter any Draw is before the sell-out of all tickets allocated for that Draw or before its closure date. The period of the Draws may be extended at MyVino.gr’s sole discretion, with prior notice to users.

8. Winner Announcement

Winners may be announced in the local and regional press, as well as on the Website and our social media profiles, unless you advise us otherwise in writing prior to the Draw. Unless otherwise specified, each Draw will have one (1) winner.

9. Prize Collection & Delivery

On the Draw day, an email will be sent to the registered address on the Platform with details on how to claim the Prize.

• If based in Athens: Winners must collect the Prize from our premises within sixty (60) calendar days and present valid identification. Failure to do so will void the claim.
• If residing outside Athens: We will courier or ship the Prize (to the nearest seaport at our discretion) free of charge. All local taxes, customs duties, and any other expenses beyond shipping will be the winner’s responsibility.

10. Risk & Responsibility

Once a Prize is handed over to the courier/handler for delivery, risk and responsibility transfer to the winner. We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury incurred during transit or delivery.

11. Use of Content & Consent

By entering the Draw, winners consent to the use of their name, photographs, videos, call recordings, and other materials in press releases, on the Platform, and social media. Consent can be withdrawn at any time per data protection laws, though this may affect Draw participation.

12. Prize Details

All Prizes displayed on our Platform will be awarded as shown, with only minor (if any) physical changes.

13. Prize Registration & Ownership Transfer

Where registration or transfer of ownership is required, it will be made in the name of the winner as it appears on the winning ticket. By entering such Draws, you confirm that you meet all regulatory criteria to receive ownership.

14. Ineligibility

If a winner is found ineligible, we may reclaim or reassign the Prize at our sole discretion, in accordance with applicable laws.

15. Insurance & Expenses

We are not responsible for arranging insurance, transport, meals, or personal expenses related to prize collection, unless explicitly agreed in writing.

16. Liability Disclaimer

We are not responsible for any claims, damages, or losses arising from illness, injury, or death of any winner or third party related to the use of a Prize.

17. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for any applicable tax liabilities related to their Prizes.
